Allows you to select the amount of time that the Device Programmer pauses between Radio Management OTAP (Over The Air Processing) jobs. This pause in the processing of jobs allows a Device Programmer to alternate to another non-Radio Management process that may need to occur. Time is in minutes.
When the Radio Connection Method is set to "Over the Air".
